1) Is there a cost to attend?

The expo is free to attendees and exhibitors.

2) Is the venue accessible?

​

Yes. There are a limited number of disabled parking spots. There is a ramp into the Hub. There are also accessible washrooms and a chairlift to the top floor.

3) Can I get there by bus?

​

Yes! There is a stop just outside the Hub for lines 8 and 9, providing access from Duncan, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, and Mill Bay.

4) Will the organizers follow up with attendees?

​

Yes, if you opt to leave us your contact information. We will contact attendees if our expo prompts action on climate solutions. You will be asked to sign in when you arrive and if you choose to you can provide us with your contact information.

5) Will there be food available?

​

Yes, there will be food trucks as well as limited cafe services on site.

​

6) Will there be speeches?

​

We are not planning on having speakers as this will interfere with the exhibitor presentations.

​

7) Where did the idea for this event come from?

​
